Hello. I'm still here.  It's been a few years and things have changed.

For the past three years I was going to the doctor's for a discomfort on my right side of my rib cage.  There wasn't pain but it was uncomfortable. I had a variety of tests done. Blood work.  Ct scan. A HADA scan.  All came back clean.

In 2015 I went back again to see my doctor.  He was stumped and finally suggested I go see a sports doctor.  That doctor told me I might have an internal tear and may need surgery.  Before we got to that point though, he recommended I go see sports therapist.  She was the one who finally figured out what was wrong with me. 

I had scar tissue on my hip flexor muscle.  I had apparently injured myself two years ago without me knowing. What was confusing all the doctors was I wasn't in pain. She had to break the scar tissue up.

That was extremely painful. 

So here I am. Years later.  Back on track.
